Ethics & Acceptable Use Policy

EthentaFLOW builds websites for honest businesses. We hold ourselves — and every site created on our platform — to a clear standard, so what we make is safe, lawful and something everyone can be proud of.

How we behave

• Lawful & legitimate. We only build sites for lawful, genuine businesses and purposes.
• Safe by design. Our builder is constrained — at the point of creation — to refuse the prohibited content below.
• Honest. We don't create deceptive, misleading or fraudulent content.
• Respectful. We treat people and groups with dignity; no hate, harassment or discrimination.
• Private. We respect personal data and others' intellectual property.
• Accountable. We may decline, suspend, unpublish or remove anything that breaches this policy, and we cooperate with lawful authorities.

What we will not build

EthentaFLOW will not create, host or assist with any website or content that involves:

• Sexual & adult content. Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit imagery or stories, escort/sexual services, or adult-only material of any kind.
• Child safety. Absolutely zero tolerance for any content that sexualises, endangers or exploits minors. Such material is reported to the relevant authorities.
• Violence & gore. Graphic violence, gore, cruelty, or content that glorifies or trivialises serious harm.
• Incitement & hate. Hate speech or harassment targeting people for race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any protected characteristic; incitement to violence, or dehumanising content.
• Crime & illegal activity. Promoting, facilitating or instructing crime — illegal drugs, weapons or firearms sales, trafficking, fraud, money laundering, hacking, or evading the law.
• Extremism & terrorism. Promoting, supporting or glorifying terrorism, violent extremism, or extremist organisations.
• Self-harm. Content that promotes, encourages or provides instructions for suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
• Deception & scams. Fraud, phishing, scams, fake or counterfeit goods, impersonation, deliberate misinformation, or deceptive financial/medical/legal claims.
• Malware & abuse. Malware, spyware, illegal surveillance, credential theft, or anything designed to harm devices, systems or people.
• Privacy & IP. Doxxing or sharing private personal data without consent; infringing copyright, trademarks or others' intellectual property.

Enforcement

These rules are enforced automatically inside the builder and may also be reviewed by our team. Requests for prohibited content are declined. Where content breaches this policy after publication, we may unpublish or remove it and may suspend the account. Child-safety violations are reported to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting

If you believe a site built or hosted by EthentaFLOW breaches this policy, contact us and we will review it promptly.
